Navarro wins in singles to account for GW's lone point
WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - GW men's tennis opened up its lengthy road trip on Saturday with a hard-fought setback at William & Mary, 6-1.
The Tribe swept the doubles matches to earn the early point and came out victorious in three of four three-set matches to secure the victory. Sophomore Ryan Navarro earned a win at No. 2 singles, winning in three sets to avoid the sweep.
GW is right back in action Sunday morning, now traveling to face Old Dominion with first serve scheduled for 10 a.m.
