GW appreciates your interest in our athletics programs and we make every effort to fulfill all requests that meet institutional and departmental policies, the NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations. However, completion of the form does not guarantee that GW Athletics will be able to fulfill your request. The information below will assist you in completing the required donation form and determining whether your request can be granted.

GW Athletics CANNOT donate to the following organizations:
- A high school, a high school athletics program, or any sport team consisting of prospects (students in 9th grade or above)
- A boys’ basketball non-scholastic team, an organization or an individual associated with a boys’ basketball prospective student-athlete or a non-profit organization that provides financial benefits to a boys’ basketball nonscholastic team
- Organizations that do not adhere to NCAA rules and regulations
- For-profit entities
- Requests may not be filled until the schedule has been officially released.
- Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited availability
