Colonials snag doubles point in penultimate A-10 home match
WASHINGTON -Â GW men's tennis returned to the Southeast Tennis & Learning Center on Sunday afternoon against Dayton, and despite earning the early doubles point, the Colonials ultimately fell, 4-1, to the Flyers.
First-years Zicheng Zeng and Ben Barnett teamed up for a 6-3 win at #1 doubles while first-year Lawrence Sciglitano and junior Jakub Behun won 6-3 at #2 doubles. In singles play, first-year Ryan Navarro and Behun both forced third sets in their singles matches, though they remained unfinished.
The Colonials celebrate Senior Day next Sunday at the SETLC, hosting Richmond at 2:30 p.m.
