Colonials snap skid with 5-2 triumph over Patriots
COLLEGE PARK, Md. - GW men's tennis returned to its winning ways in conference play with a 5-2 triumph over George Mason on Saturday. The Colonials are now 3-0 in league play this season.
GW secured the early doubles point with victories from Zicheng Zeng and Ben Barnett at #1 and Ryan Navarro and Hanyu Liu at #2. The Colonials then clinched the match by winning the first three singles matches with wins from Zeng, Navarro and Lawrence Sciglitano. Dennis Afanasev was also victorious on the day.
