Zeng completes strong week with singles win
WASHINGTON, D.C. - GW men's tennis saw its perfect start to conference play come to an end on Sunday afternoon, falling to VCU, 6-1, at the Southeast Tennis and Learning Center.
First-year Zicheng Zeng secured the point for the Colonials with a straight-set win at #1 singles, besting Stefan Petrovic, 6-2, 7-6 (3). Zeng and classmate Ben Barnett were also ahead in their doubles match, 4-3, before the doubles point was secured.
