Liu records second singles win of the season
LYNCHBURG, Va. -Â GW men's tennis dropped its lone match of the weekend on Friday afternoon, 6-1, to Liberty. First-year Hanyu Liu provided the point for GW with a win at #6 singles.
The Flames started quick by securing the doubles point with victories in all three matches. Liberty then claimed the first five singles matches in straight-set fashion to secure the victory.
Liu finished off the match by coming out on top in his singles match, winning 6-3, 6-2.
