Men's Tennis Wraps Up Fall Campaign

WILMINGTON, N.C. - GW men's tennis finished out its fall campaign with the UNCW Invitational this past weekend, securing hidden dual victories over UNCG and Morgan State.

After starting the weekend on Friday by falling to UNCW in singles and Morgan State in doubles, the Colonials bounced back in fine fashion by topping UNCG in singles and splitting with UNCW in doubles on Saturday. GW finished the weekend strong by sweeping Morgan State in singles and topping UNCG in doubles.

Ryan Navarro led the Colonials with three singles wins on the weekend, while Zicheng Zeng, Lawrence Sciglitano and Hanyu Liu earned a pair of triumphs.

All three of GW's pairs recorded 2-1 marks over the weekend in doubles play.
