WASHINGTON -Â GW golf continues its fall season with a local event this weekend, traveling to Annapolis to take part in The Goat on Saturday and Sunday, hosted by Navy.
The 16-team field features local rivals George Mason, Georgetown, Howard and Loyola Maryland in addition to the hosts. Action begins with 36 holes on Saturday following an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. Sunday's final round will commence at 8 a.m. with split tees of the 1st and 10th.
LAST TIME OUT:Â GW finished 12th at the Whirlwind Invitational in Arizona last week, firing a 1-under 863 as a team. Maxime Lam was the Buff & Blue's top finisher, placing 43rd individually with a 1-over 217.
