Barbachano Adds PING All-Region Accolade

NORMAN, Okla. - GW golf alumnus Manuel Barbachano has been named to the PING Division I All-Northeast Region team as announced by the GCAA on Saturday. The honor features 150 players across six regions and 81 schools in 2026.
The honor couples with Barbachano's First Team All-Conference selection earlier this month. He posted a career-best scoring average of 72.4 across 32 rounds with four top-10s and three top-three finishes on the campaign.
Barbachano is the first All-Region selection for George Washington since Jakub Hrinda did so in back-to-back years in 2023 and 2024.
