ROBERTSON'S CAREER DAY

Robertson has set a new career-high three times this season, beating the previous mark by one point each time. In GW's season-opening win against Howard, Robertson tallied 29 points on eight three-pointers made. In early December, she poured in 30 points at Towson in a narrow 68-60 loss. On Sunday, she once again topped her previous best, lighting up St. Bonaventure for 31 points. Robertson started the game hot, knocking down five deep balls in the first six minutes of the game, matching the Bonnies' point total of 15 in the opening period by herself. Robertson ranks second in the A-10 in points per game at 17.2, only behind Fordham's Taylor Donaldson who averages 18.4 a night.
MAYOWA'S MILESTONE
With her eighth rebound in Sunday's win, graduate Mayowa Taiwo moved into fifth place on GW's all-time rebounding leaderboard. Taiwo passes Kas Allen '88 who recorded 878 rebounds in her four-year career. In 120 games at GW, Taiwo has now grabbed 879 total boards, giving her a career average of 7.3 rpg. Next up on Taiwo's climb to the top of the list is 2021 WNBA MVP Jonquel Jones. Jones recorded 961 total rebounds during her time in Foggy Bottom.
SCOUTING THE FLYERS
Dayton enters Wednesday's contest 7-9 overall and 1-4 in the A-10 following a 74-70 loss at Saint Louis last Friday. The Flyers, led by second-year head coach Tamika Williams-Jeter, have lost four of their last five contests with the lone win coming against Loyola Chicago at home. Dayton is 4-3 within the friendly confines of UD Arena this season but have struggled to find the same results on the road, holding a 1-6 mark as the visiting team. The Flyers also picked up two neutral site wins this season, defeating Stetson and Wichita State at the Daytona Beach Classic earlier this season.
Williams-Jeter holds a 14-30 overall mark as head coach of the Flyers following a 7-21 record a year ago. Under her direction, Dayton earned the No. 12 seed in the 2023 A-10 Championship, knocking off VCU in the opening round before falling to fifth-ranked Richmond in the second-round matchup. Prior to her arrival in Dayton, Williams-Jeter spent one season at NCAA Division III Wittenberg, leading the Tigers to an 18-8 overall record and a trip to the 2022 NCAA Tournament. Prior to her stint at Wittenberg, she also served as an assistant with Ohio State, Penn State, Kentucky and Kansas.
On the court, Dayton is led by Ivy Wolf who averages 12.4 points, a team-high 3.0 assists, and 2.9 rebounds per game. Wolf shoots the ball at a 36.6% clip and boasts a team-high 87.5% free-throw percentage. Arianna Smith is a presence in the paint, averaging 10.1 points and 11.5 rebounds per night. Smith leads the A-10 in overall rebounding and in offensive rebounds, grabbing 5.3 per contest. Along with her great rebounding numbers, Smith also ranks second in the A-10 in field goal percentage, shooting 57.9% from the floor. As a team, the Flyers rank third in the conference with 40.6 rebounds per game, but do struggle with turnovers, coughing the ball up on average 18.4 times per night. The Flyers have the worst turnover margin in the A-10, averaging 3.75 more than their opponents this year.
