GW seeks its first victory of spring season
WASHINGTON – GW women's tennis continues spring play at William & Mary on Saturday with a 10 a.m. match at the McCormack-Nagelsen Tennis Center in Williamsburg, Va.
LAST TIME OUT
Due to facility closure, GW was unable to finish its match against Delaware State on Sunday, ultimately tallying a 3-3 tie from the JTCC in College Park, Md. After DSU clinched the doubles point, Stella Wiesemann, Gabriela Giraldo and Charlotte Bell went on to win in their respective singles flights to earn GW's three points.
SCOUTING THE TRIBE
Saturday will mark the first day of spring competition for the Tribe. William & Mary will host Norfolk State in the afternoon for the second match of its opening-day doubleheader.
