Men's Tennis Unveils Spring Slate

Colonials to host seven matches starting Jan. 18
WASHINGTON - GW men's tennis coach Rob Castille announced the squad's 2020 spring schedule on Wednesday, featuring seven bouts with A-10 competitors and seven home matches.
The Colonials open the season with four straight home contests, beginning with BYU on Jan. 18. GW will also welcome Howard (Jan. 24), A-10 foe Duquesne (Feb. 1) and Temple (Feb. 9) as part of a four-game homestand to ignite the campaign.
The Buff & Blue will then spend more than a month on the road, highlighted by weekend trips to the Virginia Tidewater area to face William & Mary (Feb. 15) and Old Dominion (Feb. 16), and to Ohio for matches against Dayton (Feb. 21), Xavier (Feb. 22) and Wright State (Feb. 23).
GW will also visit the Sunshine State for a pair of matches with Stetson (March 14) and FGCU (March 15).
The Colonials final six matches are all against A-10 opponents with home contests against Davidson (March 22), Fordham (March 27) and Saint Joseph's (April 19).
The 2020 A-10 Championship will once again be held at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla., from April 23-26. All home match times and specific venues will be released at a later date.
