OLEAN, NY - Due to heavy amounts of rain on Friday and forecasted winter conditions on Saturday, the George Washington's baseball team's Atlantic 10 series against St. Bonaventure (13-7) at Fred Handler Park won't begin until Sunday, April 5.
Originally scheduled to be a three-game weekend series, the two teams will now play a doubleheader on Sunday beginning at noon. The other game in the series can't be made up.
George Washington (14-14) will enter Sunday on a three-game win streak. The Colonials took two of three against Richmond in their most recent A-10 series to even their mark to 3-3 in league play.
