Golf Earns GCAA Outstanding Team Academic Award

NORMAN, Okla. -Â GW golf was named a recipient of the Golf Coaches Association of America Outstanding Team Academic Award, it was announced on Thursday.Â
The Buff & Blue earned Presidents Special Recognition for achieving a team GPA greater than 3.5 for the 2022-23 academic year. GW was one of just 54 Division I programs to receive the distinction, and one of just five in the Atlantic 10. The team distinction is the first for the Revolutionaries since 2019.
The honor coincides with Jakub Hrinda and Hugo Riboud individually being named GCAA All-America Scholars on Wednesday.
