Women’s Tennis to Face West Virginia

Colonials face Mountaineers on Saturday at 10 a.m.
SERVING FIRST: After playing three matches at home, the George Washington women's tennis team is set to hit the road for the second time this season when it travels to Morgantown, WVa. to face West Virginia on Saturday at 10 a.m.
LAST TIME OUT: The Colonials enter the weekend 2-2 after falling to Duquesne on Saturday, 5-2. The first-year duo of Luciana Kunkel and Sarah Bodewes notched both of the Colonials' singles victories, winning their matches in straight sets at the #4 and #5 positions, respectively.
ABOUT WEST VIRGINIA: The Mountaineers sit 2-0 on the season with a pair of 7-0 sweeps over Towson and Toledo. West Virginia will face Buffalo on Friday evening before hosting the Colonials on Saturday.
ON THE HORIZON: The team will return home to the Southeast Tennis and Learning Center (SETLC) on Friday, Feb. 14 to host Delaware at 1p.m.
