WASHINGTON, DC - The George Washington Colonial Cross Country teams went to Princeton and had another strong showing in the tough conditions in Princeton, NJ. Redshirt sophomore Megan Hogan finished 19th to once again pace the women's side and senior Collin Stevenson finished 89th to pace the men's group.
Head Coach Brian Beil was very pleased with his team's performance. "Hogan ran great today," said Beil. "It was a tough course, but the team came through today and ran very well."
The women had a team finish of 20th out of the 26th teams at the Regional, and with Hogan's strong run, will have a strong chance at running at Nationals later this month in Indianapolis, Ind. The pairings will be announced tomorrow evening at 7:00 p.m EST.
Stay tuned to www.gwsports.com for information on National's after the pairings are announced.
