Megan Heidebrecht Tabbed A-10 Field Performer of the Week

Track and field's Megan Heidebrecht has been named the A-10 Field Performer of the Week, following an impressive showing in the triple jump at the Virginia Challenge this past Saturday.
Heidebrecht delivered a standout performance, recording a mark of 12.89 meters to secure first place in the event. Her mark currently leads the Atlantic 10 Conference, ranks No. 18 in the NCAA East Region and stands No. 45 nationally.
A bronze medalist in the event during the indoor season, Heidebrecht will look for continued excellence as the team prepares for the A-10 Championships, contested May 2-3 on the campus of George Mason in Fairfax, Va.
