AT GW: Will be one of the Colonials top relievers this season...was second on the team with 26 appearances last season...tied with teammate Chris Worth for seventh on GW[apos]s all-time list with 54 career appearances...made three starts...struck out 53 batters in 56.2 innings pitched...played for the New Market Rebels of the Valley League this past summer...started seven games in 2000...struck out 38 in 44.2 innings...played for the Youngstown Express of the Great Lakes League in the summer of 2000...pitched seven innings against Howard, allowing one run on two hits and striking out six to pick up his first collegiate victory (3/31/99)...his 54.2 innings were the fifth-most for GW in `99...played in Clark Griffith League for the Southern Maryland Battlecats in 1999
