Baseball Dropped by Yale in Series Opener

After not seeing a runner reach base through the first four innings, GW chased Yale starter and one of the top collegiate pitchers, Jack Ohman, after he walked four-consecutive batters, scoring GW's first run.
GW plated its second run of the day in the sixth via a double from Brodie Freker, scoring Charlie Rogan. The Revolutionaries' final score of the day came in the seventh on an RBI single from Robbie Lavey, scoring Conlon Walker.
Max Haug was charged with the loss on the mound, falling to 1-2 on the season after allowing six earned runs in four innings.
GW returns to Tucker Field tomorrow, hosting Yale for the middle game of the three-game series. First pitch is set for 1:00 p.m.
