Hrinda, Riboud Named Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars

NORMAN, Okla. -Â GW golf graduates Jakub Hrinda and Hugo Riboud have been named Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars for the third consecutive year, the GCAA announced on Thursday.
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically. They must participate in 50% of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 in NCAA Division I, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university. 532 NCAA Division I athletes from 180 schools earned 2023-24 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar honors.
Hrinda recently graduated with a degree in Neuroscience while maintaining a 3.93 GPA during his time in Foggy Bottom and adds the accolade to his All-Academic honor earlier this year. Riboud posted a 3.52 GPA while earning his degree in business.Â
