Hrinda Named A-10 All-Academic for Second Time

WASHINGTON -Â The postseason accolades continue for GW golf alumnus Jakub Hrinda, who was named to the A-10 All-Academic team on Thursday.
Hrinda recently graduated with a degree in Neuroscience while maintaining a 3.93 GPA during his time in Foggy Bottom. The academic achievement marks the second straight year in which the Poprad, Slovakia native has earned the distinction from the conference.
Much like last year, Hrinda also earned First Team All-Conference and PING All-Region honors for his performance on the course, where he tied for a team-low average of 72.8 in a team-high 33 rounds of competition.
