Golf Projected Fourth in A-10 Poll

WASHINGTON -Â GW golf was projected to finish fourth in the Atlantic 10 in a poll of the league's coaches, it was announced on Friday.
The Buff & Blue received one first-place vote, and were projected to finish behind VCU (eight first-place votes), Davidson (3) and Richmond (1). GW has finished fourth in each of the last two A-10 Championships. The 2024 Atlantic 10 Men's Golf Championship begins Friday, April 26 at the new Evermore Resort in Orlando, Fla. The 12 A-10 golf teams will play 18 holes per day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Practice rounds are slated for Thursday. Admission to the Atlantic 10 Golf Championship is free. The winner of the 54-hole event will receive the Atlantic 10's automatic bid to the NCAA Regionals
GW's spring season swings into high gear starting on Monday at the Daytona Beach Intercollegiate, hosted by Stetson University.
