Golf Moves Up to Fourth After Second Round at A-10 Championship

Hrinda sits in second, four shots off the lead
KISSIMMEE, Fla. - GW golf enjoyed an improved day on the links during Saturday's second round of the Atlantic 10 Championship, shooting a 1-under 287 to move up a spot into fourth place heading into the final round on Sunday morning.
Jakub Hrinda had the best day for the Buff & Blue, shooting a 4-under 68 to vault up to a tie for second individually. He sits four shots off the lead entering the final 18 looking to join Logan Lowe (2019) as individual conference champions. Hrinda posted five birdies on the day against just one bogey.
Jed Dy backed up his 72 on Friday with a 1-over 73 on Saturday to sit in a tie for 12th at a 1-over 145. Rodrigo Barahona shot a 1-under 71 that featured four birdies and an eagle to move into the top 20 at 4-over.
Davidson continues to lead the team event, increasing its lead with a 7-under 281. The Wildcats sit at -11 as a team with a nine-shot lead over Loyola Chicago (-2, 574).Â
The final round is set for Sunday morning with tee times beginning at 7:30 a.m.
