Lacrosse Visits American for Midweek Matchup

Opening draw from Jacobs Recreational Complex is scheduled for 1 p.m.
WASHINGTON – GW lacrosse will look to capture its first win of the season on Wednesday, visiting American for a 1 p.m. opening draw at the Jacobs Recreational Complex.
LAST TIME OUTÂ
The Buff & Blue dropped a 12-7 decision at Stetson on Friday in DeLand, Fla. Sophomore Hayley Bolton tallied the first three goals of her career to lead the GW offense. Kerry McKeever added two goals and a team-high six draw controls, helping GW to a 15-8 advantage on the draw.
A LOOK AT AMERICANÂ
The Eagles are 2-1 on the season after topping UMBC and Howard to ride a two-game win streak heading into Wednesday. Maddy Spratt and Annabelle Jackson lead American's offense with seven goals apiece. Kellie Linehan has six tallies and is tied for first on the team with three assists.
