Individual Accomplishments Highlight Cross Country's Friday Meets

13 Buff & Blue runners place in the top-50 at Indiana Coaching Tree Invitational and Navy Invitational
Facing stiff competition in two meets on Friday, the George Washington men's and women's cross country teams tallied a bevy of individual accomplishments at the Indiana Coaching Tree Invitational and Navy Invitational.
NOTES:
-13 Buff & Blue runners placed in the top-50 at the Indiana Coaching Tree Invitational and Navy Invitational.
-First-year Jacob Heredia led the way for the men in Bloomington, Ind., finishing first among all first-year runners in a time of 24:23.4. The time was also a new personal best for Heredia in the 8K.
-Fellow first-year Michael Bohlke and senior Pat Castellano also finished with personal best times in Indiana, while Kevin Conlon and Lucas Brown set new high marks at the Navy Invitational.
-Austin Brotemarkle and Kevin Konyar both made their event debut in the 8K on Friday.
-Yukino Parle placed highest among GW women at the Indiana Coaching Tree Invitational, finishing in a time of 20:44.9 in the 6K race.
