Women's Tennis Selected as ITA All-Academic Team

Seven student-athletes earn individual recognition
TEMPE, Ariz. -Â GW women's tennis has been named an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team for the 2021-22 season, the association has announced. The honor marks the eleventh consecutive season that GW has been recognized after earning a team GPA of 3.67 this academic year.
Charlotte Bell, Sarah Bodewes, Katarina Marinkovikj, Lara McNaughten, Alejandra Ramirez, Lindsay Thompson and Stella Wiesemann have also been selected as ITA Scholar-Athletes.
The All-Academic Team award is presented to any ITA program with a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher. For individual scholar-athletes, student-athletes must maintain a GPA of at least 3.50 for the entire academic year. Â
