Opening draw set for noon on Wednesday
WASHINGTON – As part of its three-game road stretch to open the 2022 season, GW lacrosse will head to Villanova on Wednesday for a noon matchup vs. the Wildcats. Live coverage will be available via FloSports.
LAST TIME OUT:Â GW dropped its season opener at Navy on Saturday, 16-3. Three first-years made their first career starts against the Midshipmen, with two additional first-years making their Buff & Blue debuts. Ashley Geyer scored her first collegiate goal, and Maddy O'Brien and Tori Hampton recorded the first goals of their senior seasons.
SCOUTING VILLANOVA:Â The Wildcats are still looking for their first win of 2022 after opening the campaign with three straight losses.Â
