Women’s Tennis to Face VCU on Sunday

WASHINGTON – The GW women's tennis team will look to get its first conference win of the season when it travels to VCU on Sunday for a 2 p.m. start.
LAST TIME OUT
In its most recent match, GW fell to Richmond, 5-0, last Saturday in its initial Atlantic 10 competition of the spring.
In singles play, Stella Wiesemann and Alexis Nelson lead the team with four victories apiece.
SCOUTING VCU
The Rams are 9-7 overall and 3-0 in conference play. VCU's last time out was on March 25 at Richmond when the team earned the 5-2 victory. Exposito Diaz-Delgado earned her 10th-straight singles win for the Rams.

Following Sunday's match, the Buff and Blue will visit Revolutionary Rival George Mason on Tuesday for a 2:30 p.m. match.
