WASHINGTON - George Washington baseball head coach Gregg Ritchie has announced an informational meeting and on-field tryout session for interested students who would like to participate as a walk-on for the team in 2018.
Interested student-athletes must complete ALL necessary steps listed below by August 31.
1) Print and fill out the Walk-On Eligibility Confirmation Worksheet
- Read this form carefully and have it signed by a baseball coaching staff member. Present your physical paperwork and other listed items to the athletic training staff and have them sign it (Charles E. Smith Center bottom floor), as well as the Athletics Compliance Office (Charles E. Smith Center main office).
2) Print and fill out the GW Athletics Tryout Form.
3) Attend the mandatory informational meeting on Friday, September 1 at 3:00 p.m. in the baseball office (619 22nd Street, NW - 2nd Floor).
Tryout Session
Tuesday, September 12
2:00 pm at Tucker Field at Barcroft Park
Vans will depart from the Charles E. Smith Center (22nd and G Streets, NW) at 1:30 p.m.
