Baseball Game at MD-Eastern Shore Postponed

WASHINGTON, DC - George Washington's non-conference baseball game at MD-Eastern Shore, originally scheduled for Tuesday, at 3:00 p.m., has been postponed due to rain in the area. The two teams will now play a doubleheader Wednesday, Apr. 30, beginning at 2:00 p.m., at Barcroft Park in Arlington, VA.
GW is 1-1 all-time against UMES, as the teams for the first time in 2007. In both games, the visitor was the winner, with the Colonials winning in Princess Anne, MD, 6-5, while the Hawks won in Arlington, VA, 5-3.
