AMBLER, PA - George Washington University's (15-23, 6-7 A-10) Atlantic 10 doubleheader at Temple University (7-29, 1-12 A-10), scheduled for Sunday, has been cancelled due to heavy rain showers and will not be rescheduled per conference policy.

The Colonials took game one of the three-game series on Friday, 11-1, but could not play games two and three this weekend as torrential rain pounded the area on both Saturday and Sunday.

GW returns to action on Tuesday and Wednesday with home games against James Madison University and Georgetown, respectively, and opens a three-game conference series with La Salle on Friday at Barcroft Park.

Tuesday's match-up with the Dukes is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
