Baach, who has been on the sidelines for GW's back-to-back A-10 Championships and NCAA Tournament appearnces, coordinates team travel, organizes camps and daily schedules and takes on administrative duties pertaining to recruiting.
Prior to coming to GW, Baach served as assistant video coordinator for the University of Florida women's basketball team, filming all team practices and games for performance analysis and cutting game film for use in game preparation. She also developed scouting reports for opposing teams for use by coaches and players, organized film exchange with opponents and created highlight and motivational videos for team and website use.
Baach spent the summer of 2014 as the video coordinator for the USA Women's U-17 Basketball Program in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
As a journalism major at Florida, Baach also gained television and radio experience at WFLA-TV in Tampa, WUFT-TV in Gainesville and ESPN Radio 850/900 AM in Gainesville.
A native of Weston, Florida, Baach graduated from the University of Florida in 2014 with her bachelor's degree in journalism. She is currently pursuing a master's in public relations from GW.
