She oversees the team's student manager program and is responsible for the coordination of team travel, daily practice logistics, facility scheduling, camp sessions, equipment and special events.
Richardson joined GW for the 2017-18 season and was a member of the staff in the Colonials run to the Atlantic 10 Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance that season.
Prior to GW, spent two seasons at Mississippi State as a graduate assistant where she earned substantial postseason and championship experience.
While with the Bulldogs, Richardson assisted in the daily operations of the team which recorded a historic upset over Connecticut in the 2017 Final Four. In her first season with Mississippi State, the Bulldogs advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.
Prior to her stint at Mississippi State, Richardson served in the same capacity at Siena College (2014-15) and as a student manger and intern at Texas A&M (2011-14), playing a part in the Aggies' National Championship run in 2011 as well as four trips to the NCAA Tournament and the 2013 SEC Tournament Championship.
She graduated from Texas A&M in 2014 with a B.S. in Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration. She also earned her Master of Science in Sport Administration from Mississippi State.
