Isler is in her third year as a director of basketball operations in 2023-24. Isler has been serving in the same role for Coach McCombs in each of the last five seasons, including McCombs' last three seasons at Stony Brook and first two years at GW, where she has led the behind-the-scenes operations of a pair of programs that have achieved considerable success.
Isler joined the Seawolves following a two-year stint serving as a Graduate Assistant in Operations for the Ohio State women’s basketball program. While serving as a graduate assistant at Ohio State, Isler worked directly with the program’s Director of Operations helping with daily tasks.
Prior to that, she spent two-plus years as a Student Manager for Ohio State women’s basketball, gaining experience in many different facets of day-to-day operations.
Isler graduated from Ohio State in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Industry, then received a Masters of Science in Kinesiology (Sports Management) from the University in 2018.
