Rowing Concludes Fall at Princeton Chase

PRINCETON, N.J. - GW women's rowing finished out its fall slate on Sunday afternoon by taking on elite regional competition at the Princeton Chase.
GW's varsity 8 placed 18th in the main competition with a time of 14:35.611, nearly 45 seconds faster than its time last season. The Buff & Blue's top boat bested ACC challenger Clemson as well as A-10 foes UMass and Rhode Island.
The varsity 4 finished 11th in a field of 38 with a time of 16:11.283. GW bested UMass boat-for-boat in the competition.
