WASHINGTON - The George Washington University men's and women's swimming & diving teams are back for their next competition this weekend when they travel to Annapolis, Md. to take on Navy in a dual meet. The meet starts at 12:00 p.m., and live results will be available here and on the meet mobile app.
QUAD MEET REWIND
The Revolutionaries return to competition for the first time since Oct. 5 when the Buff & Blue swept a trio of CAA opponents at a quad meet in Hampton, Va. The GW men's team, led by first-place event finishes from Daniel Choi, Connor Rodgers, Elliott Irwin and Michael Wood, defeated UNCW (150.50-148.50), Delaware (178.00-121.00) and William & Mary (216.00-77.00), while GW's women's team was propelled by event wins from Olivia Paquette, Ava Topolewski, Colleen MacWilliams and Molly Smyers to take down UNCW (180.00-119.00), Delaware (178.50-120.50) and William & Mary (151.50-141.50).
Following the sweep, GW's Topolewski, Natalie Sens and Shae Stratton highlighted the A-10's swimming & diving weekly awards, taking three out of the four honors for the week.Â
