Men’s Soccer Falls Short at San Diego State

SAN DIEGO - Facing a quality test in San Diego State (3-0-1, 0-0-0 PAC-12), the George Washington men's soccer team (2-1-2, 0-0-0 A-10) lost in a 3-0 match, falling for the first time this season.
HOW IT HAPPENED
3rd Minute: San Diego State took an early lead when forward Austin Brummett found the back of the net following a turnover in GW's defensive third.
58th Minute: Brummett threatened with an opportunity to the side of the GW net, but instead found Rommee Jaridly at the top of the six-yard box, who doubled the Aztecs' lead.
74th Minute: Reid Fisher added an insurance goal after getting on the end of a re-centered corner kick.
