Softball Lands Nine on NFCA All-America Scholar Athletes List

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Nine GW softball student-athletes have been named to the 2022-23 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athletes list.
To be eligible for the Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athletes list, student-athletes must achieve a 3.50 or higher cumulative GPA during the 2022-23 academic year.
Maggie Greco, Sidney Torres, Alexa Williams and Daniella Wilson were each tabbed All-America Scholar Athletes for the third consecutive season, while Gabby Polsky and Abby Schaub earned the recognition for a second straight season. Recognized for the first time this year were Alena Ramirez, Emma Fales and Ashley Corpuz.
This year's nine honorees increases the total number of All-America Scholar Athletes under Head Coach Chrissy Schoonmaker to 19, which includes 13Â unique student-athletes.
In addition to the individual accolades, GW was also recognized as a team for its combined 3.52 GPA.
