Rowing Returns to Action at Overpeck Invite

Buff & Blue to take part in two sets of match racing
WASHINGTON -Â GW women's rowing is back on the water Saturday for its second official event of the spring, competing at the Overpeck Invite in Leonia, N.J. Races will begin at approximately 9:50 a.m.
The Buff & Blue will take part in two sets of matches, a morning wave and an afternoon wave. The morning features matchups with Bucknell, Marist and Rhode Island in the V8, 2V8 and V4 plus races against UConn and UMass in the 3V8 and Bucknell and UConn in the 2V4.
The afternoon will feature a rematch against Bucknell in the same four races, plus UMass in the 2V8 and V4. GW will face UConn in the 2V8, V4, 3V8 and 2V4 and Marist in the V8.

2 p.m. - 2V8 vs. Bucknell, UConn, UMass
2:20 p.m. - V4 vs. Bucknell, UConn, UMass
2:40 p.m. - 3V8 vs. Rhode Island, UConn
2:50 p.m. - 2V4 vs. Bucknell, UConn
