Women's Rowing Rounds Out Regular Season at Mason Invite

Buff & Blue compete at Sandy Run Regional Park on Sunday
WASHINGTON -Â GW women's rowing will take part in its final regular season event on Sunday, returning to Sandy Run Regional Park in Fairfax Station, Va., for the George Mason Invite.
The Buff & Blue will get an opportunity to go up against Atlantic 10 foes Dayton, Duquesne, George Mason and Saint Joseph's in addition to Delaware, Eastern Michigan, Loyola (MD), Jacksonville, Villanova and West Virginia in the events. The meet features seeded heats in the morning followed by Petite and Grand Finals in the afternoon.Â
GW is the #1 seed in all three seeded races - the Varsity 8, Second Varsity 8 and Varsity 4 - as voted on by the coaches in the event. A full meet schedule is below:
