Women's Rowing Wraps Up Regular Season

Buff & Blue turn attention to A-10 Championships on May 12
FAIRFAX STATION, Va. -Â GW women's rowing completed its regular season on Sunday at the Mason Invitational. The Buff & Blue came out on top in the 2V8 while earning the silver medal in both the V8 and 3V8 races.Â
GW bested the field in the Grand Final of the 2V8 with a time of 7:11.2, an improvement of nearly 15 seconds compared to its time in the morning preliminary heats. The Buff & Blue's V8 finished second in the V8, three seconds off the pace of Delaware. GW crossed second as well in the 3V8, six seconds behind Duquesne.
The Colonials are now off from competition until the A-10 Championships, which will be held on Friday, May 12 in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
RESULTS
