Buff & Blue look to build off back-to-back, third-place finishes

WASHINGTON - GW golf returns to action on Monday as it travels to Williamsburg, Va., to participate in the Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate on the Gold Course of Golden Horseshoe Golf Club. The Buff & Blue will play 36 holes on Monday followed by 18 the next day.

GW has enjoyed a pair of third-place finishes as a team in its two spring events, but the season thus far has been highlighted by consecutive individual championships. Manual Barbachano shared the crown at the Savannah Intercollegiate in February en route to being named A-10 Rookie of the Week. Last time out, Jakub Hrinda racked up his second win of the campaign at the Ross Collegiate Classic, earning A-10 Golfer of the Week honors.
