Hrinda Named A-10 Golfer of the Week

Senior won second individual title of the campaign
NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -Â GW senior golfer Jakub Hrinda was named the Atlantic 10 Golfer of the Week, the league announced on Friday.
Hrinda captured his second individual title of the season on Tuesday, winning the Ross Collegiate Classic with a 13-under 203. The native Slovakian topped the field of 92 with three rounds under par.Â
He started the tournament with a 6-under 66 before adding a 3-under 69 in Monday's second 18. Entering Tuesday tied atop the leaderboard, Hrinda shot a 4-under 68 to secure the individual crown by two shots.
