Haynes Brown began his final season in the Buff & Blue with a flurry of activity, scoring two goals to go along with an assist for a team-leading five points through GW's first two games of the season.

The graduate student opened up the scoring in GW's season opener on Thursday with a goal in the 41st minute, curling the ball across the ground to the far post. He then broke open a tie with a goal in the 46th minute against Manhattan on Sunday before notching an assist on the eventual game-winning goal.

Haynes Brown now sits sixth all-time in GW history with 33 career goals and eighth with 73 career points. The back-to-back goals mark the eighth time in his career he has scored in consecutive games. GW is back in action as Haynes Brown looks to extend the streak on Friday with a 1 p.m. kick vs. Columbia.
