Golf Begins Spring Season at Invitational at Savannah Harbor

GW to play two rounds across Saturday and Sunday
WASHINGTON – GW golf will begin its spring slate on Saturday when it heads to the two-day Invitational at Savannah Harbor at the Crosswinds Golf Club.Â
Both days will begin with an 8 a.m. shotgun start.

THE COMPETITIONÂ
Columbia, Belmont, Lafayette College, Miami University (OH), Troy, Eastern Kentucky, Longwood, Northern Kentucky, Wright State, Florida A&M, Southern Illinois, South Carolina Beaufort, SCAD- Savannah, North Carolina Central and Georgia Southern complete the 16-team field.
ABOUT THE FALL
GW competed in five tournaments as part of its fall slate. The Buff & Blue will look to junior Hugo Riboud, who began to play his best golf at the end of the fall. Riboud wrapped the first half of the season with a pair of first-place finishes among GW golfers, highlighted by a season-best two-under-par 211 and 19th overall finish at the Elon Phoenix Invitational in October.
