Colonials add 10 first-years and three junior college transfers
WASHINGTON - GW baseball head coach Gregg Ritchie announced the signing of 13 newcomers to the program on Wednesday, welcoming 10 first-year student-athletes and three junior college transfers.
The group features six pitchers, four outfielders, two infielders and one utility player from eight different states across the nation.
"This group of young men comprises one of the best classes we've seen at GW," Ritchie said. "They are all of high character and bring a level of competitiveness and skill that will help us continue our growth and reach our ultimate goal of bringing an Atlantic 10 Championship to the Buff & Blue."
