WASHINGTON - The GW softball doubleheader against UMBC scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed due to cold temperatures and high winds in the forecast.

The Colonials will instead host the Retrievers on Wednesday, March 21, for a single game at 3 p.m.

GW (15-7) is back in action this weekend at its home on the Mount Vernon Campus in the Buff and Blue Challenge. The Colonials are set to welcome Lafayette, Siena and Brown with their opener against the Leopards scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Friday. The full tournament slate is available here.
