Colonials to host pair of sessions in December
WASHINGTON - George Washington softball has announced plans to host a pair of winter clinics next month.
Head Coach Shane Winkler and his staff will provide instruction inside Lloyd Gymnasium on the Mount Vernon Campus for players in grades 8-12. The first one-day clinic is scheduled for Dec. 1 with the second set for Dec. 16.
The clinics are broken into separate sessions with the morning (9 a.m.-noon) devoted to hitting and the afternoon (1 p.m.-3 p.m.) focused on pitching. (Pitchers must bring their own catchers.)
The cost is $100 for the hitting session, $75 for the pitching session or $165 for both sessions.
