Lowe Finishes Third at Denver Paintbrush Invitational

The senior was under par in all three rounds to finish -5 overall
PARKER, Colo. – Senior Logan Lowe was in red figures in all three rounds of play to lead the GW golf team with a third-place finish at the Denver Paintbrush Invitational, which concluded Tuesday at Colorado Golf Club.
In a fall season that has seen two tournaments shortened and one canceled all together due to rain, the Colonials were dealt snowfall this time around. Lowe rose to the occasion with rounds of 70, 71 and 70 to finish 5-under par, and mark his second top-5 in three events. He was five shots behind individual medalist Oscar Teiffel of Colorado State, who shot 10-under par to claim a three-stroke victory over Riley Elmes of Loyola Marymount.
As a team, the Colonials finished 10th in the 12-team field with a three-day total of 907 (300-306-301). Colorado State claimed first place with a 6-over par total of 870.
