GW Baseball's Wednesday Game vs. Georgetown Postponed

WASHINGTON - The baseball game between George Washington and Georgetown, originally scheduled for Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at Tucker Field, has been postponed due to snow on the field.
The game has been rescheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4.
GW (1-1) split its season-opening doubleheader against NJIT this past weekend at Tucker Field at Barcroft Park.
Freshman Robbie Metz was named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week on Monday after batting .400 with two runs and two stolen bases last weekend.
GW will welcome Quinnipiac to Tucker Field this weekend for a three-game series. First pitch on Friday is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
